When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, creator or brand name, website or social media profile, professional expertise, audience information, and ideas for potential collaboration. Technical information may also be processed to operate the website, deliver form submissions, and protect against spam or misuse. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary for your inquiry.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to receive and review partnership inquiries, assess potential collaboration opportunities, respond to creators and experts, manage relevant business correspondence, take steps toward potential agreements, protect our services, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing communications.
Information Required for Partnership Inquiries
Submitting a partnership inquiry is voluntary. However, the fields marked as required in the form must be completed for us to receive and assess your inquiry. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to evaluate your proposal or respond to your request.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, to determine whether to enter into a partnership. Partnership inquiries are reviewed by people. Automated technical measures may be used to protect the website and its forms against spam, abuse, and security threats.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal information under the legal bases provided by Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the circumstances, these include taking steps requested by an individual before entering into a potential agreement (Article 6(1)(b)), pursuing legitimate interests in assessing partnership inquiries, maintaining business correspondence and protecting our services (Article 6(1)(f)), and complying with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Where we rely on legitimate interests, we take into account the rights and interests of the individuals concerned.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Partnership inquiries that do not result in a business relationship are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last meaningful interaction. We periodically review correspondence and delete or anonymize information when the applicable retention period expires, unless continued retention is required or justified by applicable law. If a partnership is established, relevant records may be retained for applicable contractual, accounting, tax or other legal requirements. Information stored in service-provider backups may remain subject to separate backup retention procedures.
Service Providers and Data Sharing
We use external service providers to support our website and business communications. Framer provides website hosting and the partnership inquiry form, while Claus Web provides email services used to receive and manage partnership correspondence. These providers may process personal information as necessary to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate legal rights. We do not currently use a separate CRM platform or Google Sheets integration for partnership inquiries.
International Data Transfers
Some service providers or their subprocessors may process personal information outside the European Economic Area. Where international transfers occur, we seek to ensure that applicable data protection requirements are met, including appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards where required. Website Analytics and Cookies
Our website is built and hosted using Framer. According to Framer’s documentation, its native analytics operate without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We have not intentionally integrated Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party advertising tracking tools. Technical information may be processed for website functionality, security, form submissions, and spam prevention. If we introduce technologies requiring consent under applicable law, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls before activating them.
Your Privacy Rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal information, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
